What kinds of property cleanouts does BullDawgs handle?
Estate cleanouts after a loss or a move into care, sensitive hoarder situations, foreclosure trash-outs for REO agents and asset managers, and eviction cleanouts for landlords and property managers. Each one needs a different touch — we don't run them all the same way.
Do I need to be at the property during the cleanout?
Not usually. Plenty of our cleanout clients are out of state, out of country, or simply don't want to be there for the work. A walkthrough on FaceTime or a detailed photo handoff is enough to get us started. We text photos at start, mid-day, and completion so you always know where things stand.
Is everything just hauled to the landfill?
No. We route usable furniture, household goods, and appliances to donation partners when condition allows. Recyclables go to recycling. Hazardous materials get diverted to the right county facility. The landfill is the last stop, not the default one.
How fast can you get to a cleanout?
From our Menifee yard, most of Southwest Riverside County & the Inland Empire is inside a 25-minute drive. We can usually walk the property within 24 hours of your call, and start the same week. Foreclosure and eviction work is often same- or next-day depending on the schedule.
