These are the terms that apply when you use this site or hire BullDawgs Junk Removal (“BullDawgs,” “we,” or “us”) for junk hauling, dumpster rental, cleanouts, or light demolition. By booking a job with us, you agree to these terms.
The service
BullDawgs is a family-owned, licensed and insured local service company based in Menifee, CA. We provide junk hauling, dumpster rental, light demolition, and property cleanout services across Southwest Riverside County and the broader Inland Empire.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes we give before a job — over the phone, by text, from photos, or in person — are estimates based on the information we have at that point. If we get on-site and the scope is materially different (more volume than described, heavy material we didn’t know about, restricted access we weren’t told about), we’ll quote the updated number to you before starting the work. You can decline. We never start work and then surprise you with a larger bill at the end.
Scheduling and cancellations
We do our best to hit the windows we promise. Same-day availability depends on the schedule when you call. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible — at least the day before — so we can offer the slot to another customer.
What we can’t take
California law prohibits a number of items from landfill-bound loads, including tires, vehicle batteries, paint and stains, motor oil and fuel, propane tanks, fluorescent bulbs, certain electronics, refrigerators with refrigerant, asbestos materials, and medical or biohazard waste. If any of these are part of the job, tell us when you book and we’ll either route them properly or point you at the right county facility.
Property condition
We protect your property — wood planks under dumpsters, corner guards on tight interior moves, careful handling of walls and flooring. We can’t be responsible for pre-existing damage, structural weakness, or items we were not asked to move or remove. If something does go wrong because of our crew, tell us right away and we’ll make it right.
Limitation of liability
We are licensed and insured for the work we do. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages — for example, a missed rental window or a delayed listing — arising out of a service.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute that can’t be resolved by talking it through will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California.
