Without judgment, without pressure
Hoarder cleanouts, handled with respect
If you're reading this, you probably already know how hard the conversation that got you to this page was. Maybe it's a parent, a sibling, a partner — or maybe it's you, finally ready to ask. Whoever it is, the only thing we'll bring through the door is patience, a plan, and a crew that's done this before. No raised voices, no comments, no rush.
What we promise on this kind of job
Privacy
No job photos online. No client names. Unmarked clothing on request. Trucks staged toward the home, not the street.
Pace set by you
The family decides when we start, when we pause, and when we stop for the day. We don't push, and we don't make anyone feel rushed.
Sort, don't dump
Documents, photos, IDs, jewelry, and anything that looks valuable goes into labeled bins for review — not into a truck on a judgment call.
Respect for the person
No comments. No eye-rolls. No 'I can't believe' anything. The person who lived here is still the person we're talking to.
If you're the family member making this call
You've probably had a lot of conversations to get to this point. You don't need to brief us on the back story unless it helps — we'll meet your parent, your sibling, or your loved one exactly where they are. If the person living in the home isn't ready to engage on the day of, we can do the first session as a partial pass: a room, a hallway, the obvious-trash layer. Progress without confrontation.
The hardest part of these jobs is usually not the volume — it's the trust. We earn it on the first walkthrough or we don't get to do the work. That's a standard we're comfortable with.
If you're the person who lives here
You're the one who decides what stays and what goes. Full stop. We'll bring an extra set of hands, eyes that won't react, and the trucks to move whatever you're ready to move. If something feels too fast, we slow down. If a room needs to wait until next week, it waits.
You don't owe us — or anyone — an explanation. We're here to do the work you've decided to do, on the terms you've set.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How private is this — will the neighbors know what's going on?
We park on the property when we can, work in unmarked clothing on request, and stage the truck so the doors face the home rather than the street. We don't post job locations, don't talk about clients, and don't share photos beyond what we send the family. If you ask for additional privacy steps, we'll do them.
What if the person living there isn't ready to let go of certain items?
We work at the pace the homeowner or family is comfortable with. Nothing is removed without sign-off. If a room or a box takes an extra hour of conversation, that's part of the work — not a delay. We're here to clear the home when you're ready, not to push past anyone's limits.
Do you handle biohazards — animal waste, mold, spoiled food, vermin?
We're set up for common biohazard conditions in cleanout work: heavy soiling, animal waste, spoiled-food situations, and the kinds of pests that come with them. For severe mold, blood/bodily-fluid scenes, or anything that needs specialized remediation, we'll be straight with you and refer to a licensed remediation company rather than do work outside our scope.
Will you sort through everything, or just remove it?
Either, depending on what the family wants. The most common approach is a sort-as-we-go pass: anything that looks like a document, ID, financial paperwork, family photo, or valuable goes into clearly labeled bins for the family to review. We won't toss what could matter on a judgment call.
Can you coordinate with Adult Protective Services, code enforcement, or a social worker?
Yes — we've worked alongside APS case workers, code enforcement officers, and family attorneys before. If there's a deadline tied to a hearing or an inspection, tell us. We'll work the project to hit it, and document the property condition along the way for whoever needs the file.
