BullDawgs Junk Removal (“BullDawgs,” “we,” or “us”) values your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or request a quote, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- From the quote form. When you fill out the quote-request form on this site, our scheduling partner Jobber collects the information you submit — typically your name, phone number, email, service address, and a description of the job.
- When you call or text. Standard call records (number, time, duration) and any details you share so we can quote and schedule the job.
- From your visit to this site. Basic web traffic data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you viewed, and how you got here. This is used to keep the site running and to understand which pages are useful.
How we use it
- To respond to your quote request and schedule the job.
- To provide the services you’ve asked for and follow up after.
- To send appointment confirmations, on-the-way notifications, and invoices.
- To improve the site and our service.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers to actually run the business — most notably Jobber, which powers the quote form and our scheduling. These providers only access your information in order to do the work they do for us.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses small files (cookies) needed for it to function and, where enabled, basic analytics so we can see which pages actually help people. You can disable cookies in your browser settings if you prefer.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the information you’ve shared with us. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA / CPRA — including the right to know what we collect, the right to delete, the right to opt out of any sale (we don’t sell), and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Children
This site isn’t directed at children under 13 and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
