Do you carry insurance, and can you provide a Certificate of Insurance?

Yes — BullDawgs is licensed and insured. We can send a Certificate of Insurance to your office, building manager, or asset manager before we step foot on the property. Tell us who needs to be named as additional insured when you book and we'll route it through the same day.

Do you set up standing accounts for property managers, agents, and businesses?

Yes. Standing accounts mean one contact, locked-in pricing, a consistent invoice format (with unit / address / job-number references your accounting team needs), and no quote-and-PO cycle every single time something needs to go. Net terms are available for established commercial customers.

Can you accommodate after-hours, weekend, or sheriff-day windows?

Yes. We routinely deliver before-open or after-close for retail and restaurant clients in Old Town Temecula and Murrieta storefronts, run weekend cleanouts for offices that can't shut down on a weekday, and coordinate truck staging for sheriff lockouts. Tell us the window when you book.

What's the range of commercial work BullDawgs handles?

Full-service: property-manager unit turns, agent pre-listing cleanouts, builder and contractor debris hauls, office and TI tear-outs, restaurant and retail equipment removal, and dumpster rental on standing accounts. If it's commercial and it's in Southwest Riverside County & the Inland Empire, we can usually scope it.

How fast can BullDawgs respond to a commercial cleanout?

Our yard is in Menifee. Most commercial accounts in our coverage area can be walked within 24 hours of the call and the work started inside a few days. Emergency turns (sheriff-day, post-fire, lost-lease) often run same- or next-day depending on the schedule.
