For homeowners
The neighborly dumpster rental
We grew up in Menifee. We know your neighbor in Menifee Lakes watches like a hawk, your HOA in Sun City has rules about how long a can can sit, and the only thing worse than a remodel is one that drags through three weekends. So we sized the BullDawgs rental around real Southwest Riverside County homes — quick window, clean driveway placement, family-business standards.
What homeowners actually book it for
Garage purges
20 years of holiday boxes, broken patio furniture, the bike nobody rides.
Kitchen demos
Old cabinets, countertops, tile, the avocado-green dishwasher from 1998.
Pre-listing cleanouts
When your agent says 'we need it empty by Friday.' Common in Murrieta Hot Springs.
Downsizing
55+ community moves out of Sun City and Menifee Lakes. We don't rush you.
Yard overhauls
Old turf, dead trees, a busted patio cover. Wildomar back-lot specials.
Storm cleanups
Inland Empire wind events leave a yard full of fencing, roofing, and branches.
Estate clearouts
Letting go of a family home in Canyon Lake. We handle this work with care.
Bathroom remodels
One-bathroom tear-out fits comfortably in the 18-yard with room to spare.
How we protect your driveway
The thing that scares most homeowners about a dumpster isn't the cost — it's the picture of two rusted wheels gouging a fresh driveway. Our trucks are equipped with wood planks every time. We lay them under the rear roller and along the front contact points before the can lands.
On stamped concrete, pavers, and new asphalt we double up. If your driveway has a steep grade or a tight gate, just say so when you book — we may move the placement forward a few feet or roll out a different-sized truck. Either way, you get a text with a photo of where the can landed.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
I live in a 55+ community like Sun City — will an HOA give me trouble?
Most HOAs in the Sun City, Menifee Lakes, and Tuscany Hills communities allow temporary dumpsters for active projects but want them off the property within a set window (often 5 days). Our 1-to-2-day rental is comfortably inside almost every HOA's rules. We can also schedule the drop for a weekday morning so it doesn't sit through the weekend.
Will the dumpster damage my driveway?
We deliver every can with wood planks under the wheels and across the contact points, which protects pavers, stamped concrete, and standard asphalt alike. We've placed cans on everything from new builds off Benton Road in French Valley to 25-year-old driveways in Old Town Temecula without leaving a mark.
What kind of home projects is the 18-yard sized for?
It's the right size for: a full garage purge, a kitchen or single-bathroom remodel demo, a downsizing cleanout before listing, a backyard/landscaping refresh, or hauling out old furniture from a multi-bedroom house. For roof tear-offs and concrete jobs, see our construction page — those have weight considerations.
Do I need to be home when you drop off or pick up?
No. As long as we have a clear photo or description of where to place the can — and someone has moved any cars out of the way — we'll drop it and text you a photo when it's set. Same on pickup. Plenty of our customers are at work or out of town when the can lands.
Can I rent a dumpster just for a weekend?
Absolutely — weekends are our busiest residential window. We can deliver Friday afternoon and pick up Monday morning across Southwest Riverside County & the Inland Empire. Book a few days ahead during peak spring-cleaning and post-holiday weeks; same-day weekend slots fill fast.
